    Design and Proposal:

    Create a detailed floral design proposal, including flower arrangements, quantities, and estimated costs.

    Floral Arrangements:

    Source and select high-quality flowers that match the agreed-upon design.

    Create bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and other personal flowers.

    Design ceremony flowers, such as altar arrangements, arch or chuppah decorations, and pew markers.

    Craft reception centerpieces, table arrangements, and any other requested floral decor.

    Delivery:

    Ensure timely delivery of all floral arrangements to the wedding venue.

    Coordinate with the couple or wedding planner to determine the delivery schedule.

    Set-Up:

    Expertly set up all floral decor at the ceremony and reception venues.

    Ensure that floral arrangements are placed correctly and securely.

    Breakdown and Cleanup:

    Dispose of any wilted or unused flowers responsibly.

    Leave the venue in the same condition as it was before setup, if not better.

    Budget Management:

    Assist the couple in staying within their floral budget by offering cost-effective alternatives and substitutions.

  • Day of Coordination

    Timeline Management:

    We are responsible for creating and managing a detailed timeline that outlines every aspect of the wedding day. This includes the schedule for the ceremony, reception, and all other events, ensuring that everything runs on time

    Vendor Coordination:

    We liaise with all the vendors involved, such as florists, photographers, caterers, and musicians. We will confirm their arrival times, oversee their setups, and address any issues that may arise.

    Venue Setup:

    We will oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception spaces, ensuring that all decorations, seating arrangements, and details align with the couple's vision.

    Problem Solving:

    Unexpected challenges can arise on the wedding day, from weather concerns to last-minute changes. As the Day of Coordinator, we are the go-to person for troubleshooting and finding creative solutions to keep the day on track.

    Ceremony Management:

    During the ceremony, we will ensure that everything flows smoothly, from coordinating the processional and recessional to cueing the musicians and officiant.

    Reception Coordination:

    At the reception, We oversee the program, ensuring that speeches, toasts, and entertainment occur as planned. We also make sure that guests are comfortable and catered to.

    Emergency Kit:

    We come prepared with an emergency kit that includes items like safety pins, stain removers, and aspirin, ready to handle any unexpected mishaps.

    Overall Experience:
